Schools and organisations benefit from the unique combination of experience as both a professional performer and a creative educator. Students gain insight into the performing arts industry while engaging in inclusive, supportive and imaginative learning environments. This approach prioritises process, creativity and wellbeing, helping young people build confidence, collaboration skills and a sense of belonging through dance.
Our teaching practice is guided by the M³ Method - Mood, Mind and Movement, a creative dance framework designed to support emotional wellbeing, learning mindset and physical engagement in students.
The method recognises that meaningful creative learning happens when three key elements are aligned:
Supporting emotional wellbeing and creating a safe environment where students feel confident to participate and take creative risks.
Encouraging focus, curiosity and collaborative thinking through co-creation, reflection and structured creative tasks.
Using dance as a tool for physical engagement, expression and energy release, helping students develop coordination, confidence and creative voice.
Together, these three pillars create a holistic approach to dance education that supports both learning and wellbeing in the classroom.
