A creative space for self-love & happiness returns.
Coming up next is the end of summer festival season. Waggle Dance Co will be contributing at Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival in Tatton Park. We’re dancing over at the Children’s Corner, and we can’t wait!
Back in July we were ecstatic to be involved at Happy Place Festival in Chiswick House & Gardens. The weekend was full of inspiring talks, craft workshops, a performance by Motion House, a selection of delicious Food stalls, Nobody’s child, independent health and wellbeing brands, yoga, face-painting, the pledge wall, book -signing and DJ set from Rob da bank on the Uplift stage.
The wonder of wellness all combined over 2 days. And we’re about to do it all over again in the North. Bring your friends, family & kids and connect to that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile. Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. I reckon we’re all in for a good time.
To do list:
- Take a look at the line - up
- Listen to the latest episode of Happy Place podcast - https://shows.acast.com/98ddd5a0-c00b-4f80-9a5b-d4584d0040ac/episodes/64c3c1358ad4d400113c8606
- Book workshops in advance
- Check before you travel
- Leave space for new discoveries you might stumble upon
- Take photos & create new memories that’ll pop up on your phone in the winter to remind you of all the fun that’s been had!
Get into the festival spirit, talk to others who have flocked to the same space you might find you have a lot in common. Like - minded people, experts to learn from & together celebrating another summer coming to a close.
Keep a look out for any other Prince’s Trust companies. Fearne Cotton is a Goodwill ambassador for mental health. And for young people starting their own businesses keeping your support network & health in check is something I’m also passionate about. I’m very lucky to still have regular contact with my Prince’s trust mentor Michael Anderson.
